Qvar 50mcg is a prescription-only preventer inhaler containing beclometasone dipropionate.
It is used regularly to help control asthma by reducing inflammation and swelling inside the airways.
Qvar is a maintenance or preventer inhaler and is intended to be used regularly as prescribed, even when asthma symptoms are well controlled.
It is not intended to provide immediate relief during an acute asthma attack.
Each inhaler provides 200 actuations.
