Dermol 500 Lotion is an antimicrobial emollient used to help manage dry, itchy and irritated skin, including skin affected by eczema and dermatitis.
It combines moisturising ingredients with antimicrobial agents to help:
Hydrate dry skin
Reduce itching and irritation

Support management of eczema and dermatitis
Reduce levels of bacteria on the skin that can aggravate some dry-skin conditions
