How to take ovex tablet
You can chew the tablet or swallow it whole with water, juice, or milk. Food is optional. If you’re using the liquid version, use the measuring spoon that comes with it. Don’t use a kitchen spoon—it won’t be accurate.
If you forget a dose
If you take it twice a day and forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember within 4 hours.
If it’s been more than 4 hours, skip the missed dose. Just take your next dose at the usual time.
Don’t take 2 doses at once.
If you take too much
Accidentally taking an extra dose probably won’t harm you, but you might feel:
Stomach pain
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhoea
