Fostair 100/6 Micrograms Inhaler – 120 Doses

Fostair 100/6 is a prescription combination inhaler containing beclometasone dipropionate and formoterol fumarate.

It combines two medicines:

• Beclometasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation in the airways.

• Formoterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps relax and open the airways.

Fostair 100/6 is licensed for the regular treatment of asthma in adults where an inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting bronchodilator combination is appropriate.

It is also licensed for the symptomatic treatment of certain adults with severe COPD and a history of repeated exacerbations.

Depending on the individual treatment plan, Fostair 100/6 may be prescribed as regular maintenance therapy or, for some patients with asthma, as maintenance and reliever therapy (MART).
